Managing and Deleting Your Data

Ledgerly gives you full control over your data. You can delete any of your budgets, lists, or transactions directly within the app at any time.

How to Delete Your Data:

• Delete a Budget
  Open the budget, tap the menu icon, and select “Delete Budget”. This will also remove all associated lists and transactions.

• Delete a List
  Inside any budget, tap on a list and choose “Delete List” from the options menu.

• Delete a Transaction
  Tap on any transaction to open its details, then tap “Delete” to remove it.

Full Account Deletion (Cloud Data)

If you’re signed in, you can also delete your entire account and all cloud-stored data from:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Once confirmed, this will permanently erase all your synced data from our servers.

Guest Mode

If you’re using Ledgerly without signing in, all your data is stored locally. You can clear it from:

Settings → Reset → Delete All Data
