Ledgerly provides budgeting and analytic tools for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

4. User Content
• You retain all rights to data you create in Ledgerly.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information you enter.
• You grant Ledgerly the right to store and process your content solely for providing the service.

5. Prohibited Conduct
• Disassembling, de-compiling, or reverse-engineering the App.
• Using the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Uploading malicious code or violating the security of the App or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners.

7. Termination
Ledgerly may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if it believes you violated these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ledgerly is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ledgerly or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
